With more than two decades of experience in the building industry, Don Welch has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and genuine relationships. Before launching Don Welch Construction eight years ago, Don spent 11 years managing operations for one of the region’s premier builders, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in every aspect of residential and commercial construction. His background also includes serving as a Building Inspector for the City of Nacogdoches, giving him a deep understanding of local codes, best practices, and what it takes to build structures that last.
